Description
The Provider Training and Development Specialist coordinates, develops, facilitates, and evaluates training for CBH providers. The role includes needs assessments, pre- and post-training evaluations, e-learning and virtual workshops, and the creation of training materials. Candidates need a master’s degree in behavioral health, public health, or a related field, at least three years of behavioral health experience, two years of professional training and adult education experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and webinar platforms. The position requires current Philadelphia residency or residency within six months of hire and does not provide work authorization sponsorship.
