Onecom is hiring a Provisioning Coordinator in Gurgaon for a full-time contract on a UK shift, with five days onsite. The role manages end-to-end provisioning and delivery of hosted telephony, connectivity, line rental, calls, and PBX solutions; coordinates customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams; processes orders; schedules installations; manages hardware and documentation; and monitors delivery against service-level targets. Candidates should have experience in service delivery, provisioning, project coordination, or telecommunications, along with strong organization, communication, customer service, administration, and problem-solving skills. Medical insurance is available after successful completion of the probation period.
