Description
Castle Trust Bank is looking for an experienced Prudential Risk Manager to develop and implement the Bank's prudential risk framework. This hybrid role involves leading the production of prudential documents such as ICAAP, ILAAP, and Recovery Plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring changes in prudential regulations, analyzing capital and liquidity movements, and coordinating stress testing. The manager will collaborate with various departments to maintain financial resilience and contribute to the Bank's overall risk management strategy.
