Williston Trinity Christian School is seeking a Pre-School—12 Principal to lead the daily academic program and one-campus school. The role supports and develops teachers, ensures consistent instructional practices, oversees student culture and behavior systems, manages staffing and scheduling, facilitates teacher collaboration, promotes biblical integration and spiritual formation, and partners with the Head of School. The position requires a master's degree or higher in educational administration or a comparable education degree, plus possession or ability to obtain North Dakota administrator licensure.
