Description
Ford is hiring an Engineering Services Engineer to support its Parts Supply & Logistics operations network. The role focuses on improving facility layouts, researching and implementing operational best practices, executing continuous-improvement projects, supporting advanced technology solutions, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, purchasing requisitions and invoices, adjusting AutoCAD drawings, analyzing material-flow and storage data, benchmarking OEMs, and preparing business cases and presentations. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite work at a metro Detroit PS&L operations facility three to four days per week, with periodic travel to North American facilities and OEM benchmarking trips. A bachelor's degree is required; engineering, supply chain, depot operations, strategy, automation, project management, CAD, SAP, Alteryx, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and purchasing-systems experience are preferred. The salary range is $72,480-$141,360, and visa sponsorship is not available.
