Description
The role is responsible for end-to-end claims processing in the plant, including recording, evaluation, and conclusion of claims procedures; logging and plausibility testing of defect costs; leading quality discussions; applying lessons learned to new projects; approving and releasing purchased parts; planning preventive quality and release measures; participating in the SE team of product development; and coordinating with the project purchasing manager. The position requires technical understanding, problem-solving, conflict management, experience in quality assurance, production, development, or purchasing quality, good English communication, and a bachelor's degree or higher.
