Description
The Salesforce Implementation Manager leads Salesforce implementations for financial institutions, translating customer requirements into configurations, customizations, integrations, and solutions. The role manages a team of Salesforce Developers, UI Developers, and Quality Analysts, reviews code, supports customer and partner interactions, handles delivery issues, trains new developers, and identifies reusable product requirements. It requires 9–12 years of object-oriented development experience, preferably Java, plus 5+ years of complex integration work, strong business analysis and communication skills, version-control experience, and familiarity with Agile and security concepts.
