OpenText is hiring a Program Manager, Professional Services to lead a portfolio of strategic customer programs across the Middle East. The role governs delivery from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization; oversees scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, forecasting, financial performance, revenue realization, and change governance; and leads executive governance, stakeholder communications, escalations, and recovery planning. The position requires experience leading complex enterprise software programs, strong governance and commercial acumen, and executive stakeholder management.
