OpenText is hiring a Program Manager, Professional Services to lead a portfolio of strategic customer programs across the Middle East. The role governs delivery from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization; oversees scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, forecasting, financial performance, revenue realization, and change governance; and leads executive governance, stakeholder communications, escalations, and recovery planning. The position requires experience leading complex enterprise software programs, strong governance and commercial acumen, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and customers without direct authority.
