Description
ServiceNow is hiring an OT Expert in Spain to serve as the primary Operational Technology technical authority within its Customer Success organization. The individual contributor will advise customers and partners on Armis Centrix, lead complex technical investigations, design scalable industrial monitoring and architecture solutions, improve customer outcomes, mentor internal teams, and influence product innovation. The role requires at least 8 years of experience in OT, industrial control systems, or critical infrastructure, along with expertise in OT asset visibility, industrial networking, protocols, and systems such as PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and DCS.
