Description
NXP Semiconductors is hiring an additional Process Sustaining & Enhancement (PSE) technician for its ICN8 semiconductor factory in Nijmegen. The role works a three-shift schedule and is responsible for assessing and handling PCM electrical output testing, inline defectivity measurements, process integration and defectivity issues, hold-lot and out-of-control situations, equipment and process incidents, and product-related quality issues. The position requires an MBO WEB 3/4 or VAPRO B/C qualification, approximately three years of relevant semiconductor industry experience, knowledge of semiconductor equipment and processes, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
