BCG is hiring a PSG Manager - MDP Evaluation to lead change initiatives and strategic workstreams related to the firm’s Managing Director Partner evaluation cycle. The role coordinates cross-functional technology, analytics, reporting, AI, and stakeholder initiatives; designs decision-support tools; and builds trusted relationships with senior MDP leaders and other PSG, PPMT, ODC, SPC, and Product teams. Candidates need at least six years of relevant experience, including complex cross-functional project management, senior-leader partnership, analytical judgment, and experience applying AI-enabled capabilities to business processes.
