Columbus House is hiring a full-time Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager for Shoreline Grove. The role provides case management to adults experiencing homelessness, helping clients secure and maintain housing, connect with medical, mental health, substance abuse, benefits, and employment resources, coordinate with agencies and landlords, document cases, and create person-centered service plans. The position is scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., pays $25.50 to $27.50, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and holiday benefits.
