Description
The Recovery Support Coordinator II provides advanced peer recovery support in a Permanent Supportive Housing program, supporting residents through housing-first and sober-living options. The role delivers recovery-oriented tenancy support, independent-living coaching, community-resource connections, documentation, and coordination with internal and external partners. It requires at least three years of human-services experience, a bachelor’s degree in a human-services field, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to transport members by vehicle. The position is hybrid, with field work in Nashville, Tennessee, shared office space, and remote-office capability, and pays $23.71–$25.13 per hour.
