EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Resident Manager I for its Step Up on Fifth affordable housing property in Santa Monica, California. The role manages the site’s fiscal, physical, and social operations, including rent collection, lease administration, resident and staff supervision, evictions, inspections, repairs, and coordination with HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA requirements. Candidates need at least one year of affordable housing property management experience, a current California real estate license, knowledge of applicable housing regulations, budgeting and variance-reporting skills, and resident and staff management abilities. The position offers onsite work, a salary range of $23.75–$42.65 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, a 403(b) match, and flexible scheduling.
