Description
Russell Stover Chocolates is hiring a PSM/HVAC Coordinator to manage process safety management and risk management program activities, coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance, maintain compliance documentation, oversee CMMS data and work-order backlogs, and support HVAC, refrigeration, utilities, and manufacturing equipment operations. The role requires at least three years of experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering environment, with knowledge of industrial systems such as electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, boilers, and compressed air. It also involves food safety, GMP compliance, audits, training, incident investigations, contractor coordination, and continuous improvement in a chocolate manufacturing plant.
