Description
The PSM/RMP Engineer will drive and steward the site’s OSHA Process Safety Management and EPA Risk Management Program compliance, coordinate audits and inspections, manage Management of Change and Safe Operating Limits, lead process hazard analysis activities, support incident investigations, and coordinate training and regulatory updates. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent and 3-5 years of petroleum refinery process engineering and unit operations experience, with field work and strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
