Description

Axon is hiring a PSO Program Manager, Community Connect to lead the operational health and scalable execution of its Community Connect program across U.S. and international customers. The role establishes program workflows, monitors performance and delivery risks, coordinates escalations across Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Finance, and provides technical guidance for hardware deployment, remote configuration, activation, connectivity, and camera integration. It is a remote position available to employees in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones, with approximately 30% travel, and offers a base salary of $78,315 to $125,304 USD plus benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in program management, project management, operations, information technology, professional services, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Required Previous Experiences: At least 2 years supporting customer-facing technical deployments, implementations, or professional-services programs involving remote hardware configuration, activation, troubleshooting, and field deployment coordination
Experience managing complex, customer-facing work involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, risks, competing priorities, and technical escalations
Experience developing and improving workflows, playbooks, technical guidance, training materials, and knowledge resources
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in public safety, SaaS, video technology, physical security technology, connected hardware, or a comparable technical environment
