Watermark is hiring a Program Security Representative I to provide day-to-day security support for Special Access Programs, including analysis of collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information, and SAP activities; development and improvement of security policies and procedures; vulnerability and risk assessment; operations security; facility compliance reviews; corrective-action tracking; and briefings on security matters. The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, a related bachelor’s or associate’s degree with applicable experience, SAP experience, a current Top Secret/SCI clearance, eligibility for Special Access Program information, and willingness to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph. Compensation is $93,075–$125,925, and the position is contingent on funding.
