Watermark is hiring a Program Security Representative III to provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs, including SAP and Sensitive Compartmented Information activities. The role covers policy and procedure development, vulnerability and risk assessment, operations security, facility compliance reviews, corrective-action tracking, loss-of-information investigations, and security briefings. It requires 10–12 years of related experience, a related bachelor’s or associate’s degree, current Top Secret/SCI clearance, eligibility for Special Access Program information, and willingness to undergo a counterintelligence polygraph. The anticipated compensation range is $137,870 to $166,530.
