CASES is hiring a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for its Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) team in the Bronx, New York. The role provides psychiatric assessments, psychopharmacological treatment, medication management, care coordination, documentation, and participation in clinical team meetings for adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. The position pays $165,000–$170,000 per year and works Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexible partial-remote work options.
