Description
Headlight is hiring a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to lead its busiest clinic in the Pacific Northwest and support Medication Management and Interventional Psychiatry services, including TMS and Spravato. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in the Beaverton clinic, patient diagnosis and treatment, medication prescribing and monitoring, therapy, treatment planning, documentation, and patient education. Candidates must hold an Oregon PMHNP license and be willing to obtain a California license or already hold a California PMHNP license, with at least 12 months of post-licensure psychiatric clinical experience, a master's degree in psychiatric nursing, and ANCC or AANP board certification. The position offers a guaranteed base salary of $180,000 plus billed-hour bonuses, with total estimated compensation of $250,000 to $300,000+ for Medication Management and Spravato/TMS.
