Headlight is hiring a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a hybrid Southern California role requiring 3–4 days per week in the office. The clinician will diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders, provide individual and group therapy, prescribe and monitor medications, maintain patient records, develop treatment plans, collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate patients and families, and participate in community outreach. The role requires at least 12 months of post-licensure psychiatric clinical experience, a master's degree in nursing with psychiatric nursing specialization, ANCC or AANP board certification, valid state licensure, and an active DEA where prescribing. Compensation includes a base salary of $145,000 plus a monthly billed-hour bonus, with an estimated total yearly compensation of $169,000 at 25 billed hours, $182,920 at 27 billed hours, and $203,800 at 30 billed hours; 103-status NPs receive a $152,000 base salary.
