Headlight is hiring a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 103 status for Southern California. The role provides diagnosis, treatment, individual and group therapy, medication management, treatment planning, documentation, and patient education, with a hybrid schedule requiring 3–4 days per week in the office. Candidates need at least 12 months of post-licensure psychiatric clinical experience, a master's degree in nursing with psychiatric specialization, ANCC or AANP board certification, valid state licensure, and an active DEA.
