Headlight is hiring a W-2 Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders, provide individual and group therapy, prescribe and monitor medications, maintain patient records, develop treatment plans, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and educate patients and families. The role requires at least 12 months of post-licensure psychiatric clinical experience, a master's degree in Nursing with a Psychiatric Nursing specialty, ANCC or AANP board certification, valid state licensure, and an active DEA where prescribing is permitted. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, a base salary of $145,000 plus a monthly billed-hour bonus, and convenient work-from-home or hybrid options.
