Salma Health is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for a remote California role focused on adult and older adult mental health care. The position conducts 90-minute psychiatric evaluations, develops treatment plans, manages psychopharmacology and psychotherapy, maintains intake and follow-up schedules, uses measurement-based care tools, coordinates with care teams, and refers patients to interventional treatments such as TMS, SAINT, and Spravato. The role requires a nursing master's or doctorate, ANCC board certification, DEA registration, BLS certification, and an active California NP license; compensation is $140,000 annually plus a quarterly productivity bonus and medical, dental, vision, and PTO benefits.
