Heartland Family Service is hiring a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for voluntary, community-based crisis care. The role provides psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, medication management, crisis stabilization, treatment planning, and clinical leadership for individuals experiencing acute behavioral health crises. It requires a master’s degree in nursing, five years of progressive behavioral health nursing experience, DEA and state licensure, and Nebraska PMHNP licensure. The schedule is on-call hours as needed, with compensation determined by relevant experience.
