Senior PsychCare is hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Monroe, Louisiana, for full-time or part-time work in a collaborative behavioral health team serving nursing home and assisted living residents. The role includes cognitive and emotional assessments, treatment-plan management, psychotropic medication management, geriatric mental health care, team meetings, in-person and telehealth delivery, and EHR documentation. Applicants must be licensed in Louisiana, have psychiatric or mental health experience, and be available to travel locally; geriatric experience, Spanish bilingual ability, and a valid driver’s license are preferred or required.
