Description
The Hume Center is hiring a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide direct psychiatric care to adults with severe and persistent mental illness across full-service partnership, outpatient, and intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs. The role includes psychiatric assessments, psychotropic medication management, psychotherapeutic interventions, treatment planning, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, supervision of a psychiatric technician, emergency coverage, and participation in quality assurance and clinical supervision. The position requires a California RN and NP license, PMHNP certification, DEA registration, CURES access, and a valid California driver’s license; four years of behavioral health/psychiatry experience and two years of training and supervision experience are preferred. Compensation is $105,600–$129,000.
