UC Health is hiring a PRN Psychiatric Therapeutic Program Worker (TPW) for the 6 Ridgeway Psychiatry unit at UC Medical Center. The role supports a 20-bed mixed geriatric/psychiatric co-ed unit by maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu, monitoring patients, assisting with clinical and daily-care tasks, co-leading treatment groups, providing basic psychiatric interventions, transporting patients, and reporting behavioral or medical changes. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, six months of direct psychiatric patient-care experience or equivalent coursework, and preferred STNA certification or relevant college coursework.
