Adventist HealthCare is hiring an experienced Psychiatric Technician for Shady Grove Medical Center - Behavioral Health. The role supports patient-professional collaboration, monitors therapeutic treatment, develops care protocols, applies clinical guidelines, and uses information technology to deliver safe care. It is a per diem night-shift position with a fixed rate of $23 per hour, including weekend and holiday rotations, and includes house-wide float duties as a safety sitter and regular floor technician. Applicants need at least two years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification; inpatient behavioral health experience is preferred.
