Headlight is hiring a W-2 Psychiatrist to provide mental healthcare through a hybrid model requiring at least four days per week in the office. The role involves reviewing medical histories, evaluating patients, diagnosing mental disorders, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, analyzing medical tests, coordinating hospitalization, and advising patients. Applicants must have a medical degree, an approved psychiatric residency, ABPN board certification, an unencumbered state MD license, an active DEA, and EHR proficiency; NextGen familiarity is desirable. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, a base salary of $270,000 plus bonus eligibility based on billed hours, and other benefits.
