Description
MSF USA / Doctors Without Borders is seeking psychiatrists to support international medical humanitarian programs by proposing and implementing culturally adapted treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders, including those affected by conflict, disasters, sexual violence, HIV/AIDS, and tuberculosis. The role combines direct clinical care, group therapeutic/psycho-educational activities, and supervision, recruitment, and training of locally recruited mental health staff, with assignments typically lasting 9 to 12 months in challenging field settings.
