Description
Rethink Mental Illness is hiring a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to work with Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust at North East Prisons, HMP Holme House. The role delivers stepped-care mental health services, including referrals, risk assessment, recovery support, low-intensity CBT-based interventions, multidisciplinary collaboration, outcome recording, and post-release care coordination. Applicants must be accredited PWP practitioners with BACP or BPS, have post-qualification experience delivering IAPT Step 2 interventions, and hold a full UK driving licence with vehicle access. The position works Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1600, with contingency cover for other prison sites.
