SGG Academy is hiring a Psychologist for part-time and/or full-time work to conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, support participants with personal and professional challenges, promote motivation and goal orientation, develop individual strategies, document coaching processes, and collaborate with internal contacts. The role requires a degree in Psychology, strong German skills, empathy, communication skills, intercultural competence, independent and structured working habits, and digital communication skills. It offers flexible home-office work, an honorarium basis, and online support for participants across SGG Academy locations.
