Description
The Psychologist – Developmental Pediatrics provides specialist psychological assessments, psychoeducational and neuropsychological testing, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders in an outpatient clinic. The role includes parent counseling, group therapy, school and family consultation, multidisciplinary collaboration, clinical supervision, and cultural competence. It requires a doctoral degree in clinical psychology, at least five years of experience as a practicing licensed clinical psychologist including three years working with children with neurodevelopmental disorders, certification in diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, and CARS-2, a current clinical psychology license in the country of origin, and eligibility for licensure in Qatar.
