The employer is hiring a full-time, on-site Licensed Psychologist to serve as a Behavioral Health Provider at an ICE detention facility in Eloy, Arizona. The role provides independent mental health and substance-use evaluations, individual and group psychotherapy, treatment planning, referrals, multidisciplinary oversight, and coordination with healthcare and case-management teams. It requires an APA-accredited doctorate, an unrestricted psychologist license, at least one year of independent practice experience, and BLS certification; detention, correctional, residential, or secure healthcare experience is preferred. The schedule offers four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts with predictable scheduling and no on-call requirement, and includes paid time off, sick time, and federal holidays.
