Kompass Kirchheim is hiring a part-time Psychologist / Social Educator for parental leave coverage in a fixed-term two-year arrangement. The role provides counseling for children, adolescents, adults, relatives, professionals, and individuals who have perpetrated abuse; crisis intervention; participation in child-protection conferences; training and networking; and project-based prevention. Applicants need a degree in psychology, social education, social work, special education, or a comparable field, knowledge of child-welfare risk assessment, therapeutic or trauma-related qualifications, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
