The Patient Access Representative serves as the face-to-face point of contact for patients at Sutter Solano Medical Center, registering and financially clearing patients, greeting families, verifying information, and supporting the shared-services organization. The role requires strong data-entry, communication, computer, and customer-service skills, with hospital or financial-services experience preferred. It is a per diem or casual position with day, evening, or night shifts, variable days, and weekend work as needed, with no benefits and hourly pay of $29.26 to $36.33.
