Description
The Production Team Leader will oversee production processes in electric-tool assembly lines, motor production lines, battery-pack lines, or accessory-processing areas. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, leading the team, enforcing standardized operations, responding to production deviations, managing daily meetings and continuous improvement, conducting safety risk assessments, supervising quality checks, managing employee performance, and supporting production optimization. The role requires a college degree or above, willingness to work rotating shifts including night shifts, and offers company canteen and meal subsidies without housing.
