Bosch is recruiting a Production Supervisor Reserve for its electric-tool assembly, motor, battery-pack, and accessory-processing production areas. The role trains graduates to become frontline production supervisors responsible for coordinating resources, leading teams, maintaining standardized operations, responding to production deviations, managing quality and safety, driving continuous improvement, and supporting employee performance.
