Description
The role is responsible for the full lifecycle maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement of production lines and key equipment. It also includes standardizing maintenance procedures, improving team capabilities, analyzing repair costs and spare parts, supporting new equipment installation and commissioning, and optimizing equipment, tooling, and production processes. The position requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, automation, or a related field, at least five years of manufacturing equipment maintenance and upgrade experience, CAD proficiency, and familiarity with Siemens PLCs and WinCC.
