Bosch is hiring a Process Engineer in Hangzhou for its electric-tool manufacturing team. This is a training-focused role for recent graduates and early-career professionals, with no extensive prior experience required. The engineer will support new-product development, production-line optimization, quality and reliability projects, and daily process operations, while participating in FMEA, CP, PQI, DC, and other manufacturing standards. The role requires engineering-related education, CAD and Solidworks proficiency, Python, strong communication, and fluent Chinese and English; Power BI, Power Apps, and digital-data-analysis experience are preferred.
