Phillips is hiring a part-time Client Services Representative in its New York City office and gallery environment. The role greets clients at exhibitions, auctions, and events; assists with pre-sale registration, payments, artwork transfers, account updates, client enquiries, and special projects; and may cover the reception desk and conference rooms. The position requires availability for weekday, weekend, and evening shifts, including at least two weeks of full-time dedicated work during the November and May Modern & Contemporary Art Evening sales, and pays $18.27 per hour.
