Description
Saia is hiring a Freight Handler to sort and handle freight in and out of over-the-road equipment, containers, city trailers, and straight trucks. The role operates forklifts and pallet jacks, loads and unloads trailers, secures freight, verifies shipments, processes shortages and damages, and maintains a safe work environment. The position runs Monday through Friday, beginning around 5:00 p.m. and continuing until freight is processed, for 15–20 hours weekly, with pay of $26.55–$30.30 per hour based on experience.
