Description
The Temporary Environmental Educator (PT) leads educational programming and provides operational support for Georgia Aquarium’s Education and Community Engagement department. The role focuses on developing and delivering Camp H2O, creating STEAM curricula and exhibits, coordinating school and special-interest group visits, supporting events, and delivering customer service. It is an entry-level temporary position with possible promotion to permanent part-time after 90 days, and requires an associate degree or higher in a science or education-related field, at least two years of educational-institution experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
