Player 15 Group is hiring an experienced PT Guest Services Representative to deliver a world-class guest experience at the Mortgage Matchup Center. The role greets and assists guests, answers questions about the arena and events, verifies credentials and tickets, responds to medical and emergency situations, monitors safety and security, operates communication and ticketing devices, and maintains incident reports. The position requires knowledge of venue operations, strong communication, ticket-authentication skills, emergency response ability, and basic technology proficiency.
