Description
UPS is hiring permanent Warehouse Supervisors to supervise Package Handlers and lead workgroups at the Alderwood location near PDX, the Hillsboro Location, and the Portland location on Swan Island. The role oversees safety, production, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, and attendance; manages department resources; develops employees; and provides orientation, training, evaluations, and coaching. Shifts include day, twilight, and night schedules with guaranteed 25 hours per week. Candidates must be able to lift 70 pounds, work flexible shifts up to five days per week, communicate effectively, use Microsoft Office, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. A bachelor's degree or international equivalent and management experience are preferred; U.S. citizenship or authorized work status is required.
