Clickstop is hiring part-time Manufacturing Associates in Urbana, Iowa to perform cutting, winding, sewing, and packaging work for tie-down products. The role includes reading and auditing work orders, operating automatic sewing machines, meeting productivity and quality targets, packing orders from a conveyor belt, documenting production records, and using NetSuite and ShipHawk. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with compensation starting at $17.00 per hour and benefits including volunteer time off, a 401(k) match, and an ESOP after one year of service and minimum hour requirements.
