SMCP is hiring a part-time Operations Associate for Sandro at NorthPark Center in Dallas, Texas. The role supports back-of-house operations and customer experience by processing merchandise, transfers, markdowns, and returns; maintaining visual merchandising and stockroom organization; controlling inventory through shortages, cycle counts, and physical inventory; and supporting POS and customer greeting. Candidates need at least one year of sales-support experience, strong organization and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and flexibility with scheduling; bilingual ability in certain markets is also listed.
